The Silver Plan includes a higher discount on shop products compared to the Bronze Plan. This plan is great for those who are looking for more content and savings, offering a balanced mix of features and value.
Gold Plan: Our premium offering, the Gold Plan, provides all-encompassing access to our content. Members enjoy the full suite of tales, an extensive collection of coloring pages and worksheets, and exclusive content not available in the other plans. Gold members receive the highest discount on shop products and are occasionally offered exclusive products and early access to new releases. This plan is designed for those who want the most comprehensive experience with our offerings, providing the best value and most extensive benefits.

You can review your account information by clicking Account in the site's navigation. A menu opens on the right where they can select one of the following:
- Memberships - View and manage your memberships.
- Orders - View your orders and donations.
- Subscriptions - View and manage your subscriptions.
- Payment - View and update your billing information.
- Address - View and update shipping addresses for future one-time orders. To change the shipping address for subscriptions, you must cancel the subscription and resubscribe using different shipping details.
- Profile - View and update your name, password, or email address. -
A subscription cannot be changed after purchase. The item, frequency and price will always remain the same until the subscription is cancelled. You can resubscribe to another plan after cancellation.

If this happens, you will receive an email notification about the failed payment. The email will include a link to update your billing information. The charge will be attempted two more times over a period of ten days. If it fails three times, the subscription is canceled.

After 3 times failed payment in 10 days your subscription will cancel. You have to resubscribe again, if you would like to get back your membership.
